Tein virheen, lähdin matkaan ilman piirustusvälineitä. Onneksi oli yksi kuulakärkikynä.

Luin Usagi Yojimbo-tarinan Elonkierto (Circles). Maailmanluokan sarjakuvaa, menin ehkä vähän rikki.

Jaaaa menin rikki myös vähän toisella tavalla…
/ Usagi Yojimbo. Woah! / They had a picnic together /

Näyttelijäteknisiä asioita / Voice actor technicalities

Last panel is just my opinion. Sean Astin as Raph has been the highlight of my January. Mwah!

Do I watch too much cartoons? Probably. But I wouldn’t have it any other way <3

Long Neck Ninja Turtle revisited

Viime syksynä päivänvalon nähnyt käärmekaulakilpikonnaninja muutti asumaan mun aivojen takanurkkaan ja käy sieltä käsin aina välillä potkimassa asioita.

Tärkee kans chillaa ninjailun lomassa, ettei tuu hautavajoamaa kulmakarvojen välin.

Tää on kaveri taanoiselle kuvalle Chizusta. Kuvan pose on kopsattu japanilaisesta puupiirroksesta.

Oltiin MacKativerin ja muiden luontoliittolaisten kaa viikko Urho Kekkosen kansallispuistossa vuodevaihteen yli. / I had a New Year holiday in an off grid cabin in Lapland.

Tunnelmia reissun varrelta. Tuttuun tapaan määrä ennen laatua ”:P / Some memories from a naginata seminar in Tallinn. Fun times! Quantity over quality, as always…

If you want attention, carry a long stick with you in public.
/ Do you have flag poles there? / Are you girls into javelin throw? /

On tying an obi

One of Kirsi-sensei’s animals was war horse. Here’s how I imagine a horse would use naginata.
Horse’s qualitys are strength and stamina and it can attack forcefully with swift movements. On the other hand, it’s attacks are easy to predict which can be used to your advance.

^This is humour. It’s how I imagine war horse would work. I didn’t hear Kirsi-sensei’s reasoning about animals as I was dying of cringe inside the bogu ”:D Too bad… (next time baby)
